Im looking to do the Vienna marathon in March and was looking to do it under 3.15, could anyone recommend a good training program? I did Dublin in 3.28 and think i can go better next time around

    Any ideas people?

Heres a program from Advanced Marathon by Pete Pfitzinger, its supposed to be good. The link is handy as you can input your marathon date and it will setup the schedule for you and its allows you save it as pdf format.

Good choice. I did Vienna this year and thought it was a very well organised race with scope for fast times in a great place for a short break. That said, my time was only 3:28, so if you have that one in the bag you probably shouldn't copy my training "plan" which regularly featured xc races the day after my long run and easy days each week spaced so I'd be fresh for my beginner swimming lesson!
