Hey Random question I know but....

I stupidly left my car lights on and when I went back to my car hours later the battery was flat. It's an old car but all it needs is a jump.(I hope!)
Only thing is i live in Shanowen and am parked in the student car park.
I need a hand (or another car and a willing victim) to help me for a few mins....

It's bugging me like crazy and I just wanna get it sorted!
Anyone have any ideas or any garages that could drop by?
Feel a bit stupid ringing a garage for that and don't wanna get charged a ****load for a jump...!

Is it completely dead, or might a push start work?

    Not Your Ornery Onager

You should have said in the OP that you were a girl person. Boardsie males would have been jumping in their cars all over the city! :D

Be careful jump starting a car with a flat battery and driving away, some Jap made stuff has a tendency to burn out alternators doing this, Pajero/Trooper are prime offenders...

A girl..never thought of using that one....! The receptionist in shanowen actually called me a 'damsel in distress' when she was ringing the security guy....raging!
maybe next time i'll pull it off properly haha...although i now know how to jump a car....well mine...cause you don't use the battery for the negative clip (dodgy I know)!

Car is going okay now....speeding down the M50 with Jeff Buckley up to the max and the lights on so the battery is okay ...sweet!

    Cheers everyone :)
