    Hi ,

    Wondering if anyone can help me ,

    I was away in London last week and did not get to drop off my documents into the accountant to sign off and send into the revenue , Any way I realized this on Friday and rang him in a bit off a panic and he told me not to worry as he was using ROS and had until the 16th to file ,

    The reason I ask is he is away until thursday and if this is not the case I will have to try and find some one else to sign off on my return.

    Your accountant is correct, you have until the 16th if you are filing your return using ROS.
