Fashionable yet Comfortable College Clothes

Ok, so i have a budget of around 200-300 euro to spend on clothes for college. This has to cover lots as my clothes and shoes are literally falling to pieces. So my question is, what neccessities would you recommend getting for the Winter and where? I'm living in the Limerick area as well. :)

Again: buy a pair of good shoes even if it means spending 60 or 70 euro. Waterproof. None of these cheap Penneys flats.
Buy a good lightweight waterproof coat.

Second the good shoes/raincoat! Nothing worse then sitting in a lecture with wet feet/clothes!...Esp when it always rains in Limerick! (Went to college there!:))

if your in the limerick area theres a place called remix on william street in williams court mall theres some very nice clothes there and the prices are good thats where i get all my clothes for college, hope this helps!
