Since it's half price, I'd doubt it. They should state this clearly in the description if it is. You could ask them, but I doubt you'll get an answer, and if you do, it probably won't be remotely related to the question you asked.

I did call them, three times to get different opperators....they all told me it was brand new. They explained the Soltel offer was a supplier or such such. Thing is, i have seen online prices for this model and Pixmania is much lower then anyone else.

They don't state on that webpage if it is second hand or refurb.
