Saab 9 3 bulb failure

One of the front bulbs keeps blowing - every couple of weeks and it's gone again :mad: I've been to the Saab garage and they say there's nothing that can be done, likewise the guy who now does services for me (cheaper :D) says it's a fault in some Saabs that can't be fixed. Anyone heard of this before?

Surely DRLs would reduce the life expectancy of the bulb say from 5 to 2 years and not 2 weeks?
