    Hi guys,

I've just completed the concept design stage of my business proposal and now trying to finalise the business plan. In order to proceed I obviously now need to get around to web designers and developers to actually build the site.
My business will work as an online adspace coupled with several calls to action for consumers. It's a different concept and in my research I haven't found any competitors in Ireland and the UK.
How can I protect my idea and new company and be sure that my idea won't simply be poached? Or is this even possible?
    Thanks

    Hi Rich,

A Non-disclosure document (NCD) would cover you. I'm sure you could find one easy enough on the web and change it to fit you needs, then run it pass a solicitor.

If you need a quote for you web development, give me a shout www.dakor.ie

Can't help myself with this but it's called "NDA" for Non-Disclosure Agreement. :D
