For anyone with an Interest in general retro stuff , take a look at The way we worked on RTE 1 Fridays at 8:30. Its a six part series on the history of traditional industries in Ireland. They have already covered coal mining, turf cutting and the creamery/dairy industry. The programs are very well done. Fishing, Beet industry and shipbuilding to come.

Thanks - I've missed the first three but I'll definitely tune for the next three - sounds very interesting.

Can't seem to find the series on RTE player (full of soap operas and other crud) or other online video sites. Does anyone know if RTE plan to release either online or as a DVD? Would greatly appreciate the help as I would love to watch the ep about the sugar beet industry
