If it's an absolute emergency, then an O2 shop will have one. I got a combo kit (in an emergency) with a car charger for €25 (I think). Maplins or peats or the like might have it cheaper. You'll also get one anywhere that sells iPods - HMV, currys, Pc world, etc etc etc

I have a solar charger called a free loader. there are many devices like this. I bought mine online but you can buy them in PC world and computer/electronic shops. Mine charges from solar or from USB and will charge multiple devices based on what leads and adapters are supplied with it. It has I think 13 adapters and will charge Iphones, iPods, and most iPodlike devices, as well as digital cameras and small PDAs.

It costs about €40 ish but I am sure you can get something cheaper if you look.If you have time you could probably source a proper lead or a cheaper alternative but this might do or ringing some place like PC world would give you a more instant alternative.

    Available in most €2 shops

I picked up a cable and car charger adapter on Abbey Street.

As the name of the shop suggest, costs €2
