    Looking for some help, advice, seeing if it has happened to anyone else

    Ive been waiting on something I ordered on Ebay (from the US) to be delivered in the middle of Oct., last tuesday, the tracking code appeared on the An post website but now its disappeared, I know I should have taken a note of the new EMS number but I didnt see this happening, Ive been in touch with them once so far (am waiting to see what the sender can do) and they have said they have never had it and as far as they can see its still sitting in Pasadena

    So has anyone seen their track and trace number disappear before and how long do I wait before I file for a claim

    Well, you can't file for a claim at all. Only the sender can.

    Let the sender do the chasing.
