Hi,

I am in the process of building a new extension, and we need to decide whether to go with Trocal, Paralon or IKO membranes. One company has given us a quote for all zinc which looks reasonable.
Which of the membranes are the best as they all appear to cost the same?

Is zinc worth the extra money? Will it really last for 60 years?

What good are the 20 year guarantees if the contractor/membrane supplier goes out of business in the future?
