Pretigious (Dunnes Stores) In-car DVD player DIVX compatiblity ?

    A few months back I bought one of these dual screen in car DVD players from Dunnes.
    They have a USB and an SD card port and seem to play some avi files fine.
    I'm trying to convert some other files to avi using AVS converter but it won't play them ("video resolution not supported" )
    I've tried a rake of different conversion settings but none seem to work, even ones that appear similar to the file that plays. No joy from OEM site either.

    Does anyone know what settings I should use ? Many thanks.
