Are there any charges pending against you in the State or abroad?

    Hi
Could anyone explain to me what does it mean exactly ?
And would an adult caution received recently mean that there are charges pending against you?
    Thanks

It reads and should be read literally.

Charges are criminal charges. In the State = In Ireland. Abroad = Anywhere else. Pending = Literal meaning of the word.

Adult Caution = Option that you are offered a Caution instead of a charge. No, does not count as a charge pending.
