    it would be great to get jamming with a few other trinity students!

    I'm a guitarist, and would be interested in playing anything rock!

    Have you joined jazzsoc? They have open jams every now and then. You could also probably find some other people who would be willing to start a band. Try the music societies!

    You should try Duams (formerly durns). They'd be a lot more suited towards what you're looking for + they have a drumkit and amps.

    But tbh guitarists are 10 a penny. No matter where you look it'll be hard to start a band from scrath as a guitarist.
