Betfair Multiples - Free bet promotion question

    I spotted this multiple bets promotion on betfair this morning offering free 10£ bet. The way it worked was if you placed 10£ or more multiple bet and loose they were to deposit 10£ back into your account.
    I went for it and lost the bet of course :rolleyes: But my lost tenner never was refunded.
    I bet 10eur not 10£, as my account is eur because we have euros here in Ireland and 10eur is not equal 10£. Can this be problem why they're not givin me money back?
    Has anyone tried this betfair 'promotion' too? (never again)

    You need to 'opt in' for these promotions beforehand I think.

    Did you do this?

    I think they also state it takes up to 24/48 hours to process the refund.

    yes, I did.
    but I've overlooked the fact that refund takes some time. I'll wait one more day or so.

    they recently did a promo for 75 euro worth of free bets.stuck it on golf-the bet lost but got the 75 back within 48 hours

    BF refunded the bet this morning (24h).
