I got a Sansa Fuze earlier this year and in the last while I've been getting the dreaded White Screen of Death on it. On Googling it, it would appear to be a problem that quite a few people have experienced with theirs. I've not had any luck with the solutions that others have suggested on the web so it'll be going back to the shop if I can find the receipt. I was just wondering has anyone else had a similar problem with theirs?

Have you tried charging overnight, then holding the slider on/off for a few seconds each way. I find strangely, a good overnight charge usually solves most freezes and seemingly 'dead parrot' states.

The Sansa players are fickle animals..
