mass concrete walls

cottage made of mass concrete, no damp coarse, with sand and cement internal render some with gloss paint. I was thinking of relaying floors, injecting walls and replacing outside paths with french drains. We dont have space or budget for sheeps wool, intelo, sasmox lining. Maybe foam fixing pir board? Any ideas
