i was at slaney cycling club agm last nite . there was much chat about the my leinster challenge 09 .

i went for a spin this morning ,thinking of 40-50k .i was not gone a 3k when i had a flat ,i changed it .
i decided to go to enniscorthy and pick up a new tube ,from there i went to bunclody .feeling good 33k done i went up killbranish ,the first drag is a long one no to bad .
the second one is the hardest ,i was standing on the peddles doing 10k turning at the old school .the rain water was running down the road like a river ,wet feet and ass feck and a head wind to kill ya.
i climbed the last one to the mt from there it was ok the go lance signs are still on the road .
back down to the nine stones was a white knuckle ride apart from the cattle grids .

70k in total not a big spin but a rewarding one

    Boooooooooo, no excuse.

How are the cattle grids looking? Are they passable now?
