Hi, Is this base model for 529 a good deal or is there better elsewhere? I basically want a Laptop with Windows 7 + Office and decent for internet, some music and watch the odd DVD if Im stuck. Is this more machine than I need? Thanks, I don't have a clue about processors and computers anymore.

I have it,It's actually a pretty powerful machine!Runs multiple applications well like office,Photoshop,Tweetdeck,MM Logic,Windows live messenger,Firefox all very quickly..

Add to that the ATI Radeon 512mb card and it is pretty good for some casual gaming too..
