sonos controller problem

hi all..i have a problem with my sonos controller cr100 the last few days...it keeps freezing..well all functions work perfectly bar the scroll wheel which just wont move the icons..sometimes it will but right now its stuck again..have reset it but to no use..any ideas?

Firmware upgrade? Or contact Sonos support - they are very good.
