Just had to laugh at some of the suggestions in Egypts new mobile phone ethics.

I wonder how long before they're broken :)

Calling people when they are resting or sleeping is also to be avoided.

How are you to know if they are resting or sleeping unless you call them :pac:

How about people turn off/silence their phone when resting or asleep.
How the fúck are you meant to know.

Annoying ringtones = Punishable by law....

    I'm all for it :D

This little incident happens to be the cause of this mobile phone ethics guide.... That annoying ringtone stuff is all just filler

Choose a non-annoying ringtone. Ringtones aim mainly to make the mobile user know that he has got a call.

That's where I've been going wrong!

We had a client who was going into a meeting ask us if they could leave their phone in our office as they couldn't turn it off. I'm assuming he meant his ringtone as he could have just pulled the battery. Being the good natured individuals that we are we of course obliged, although why it was ok for us to put up with a ringing mobile phone in our quiet office is anyone's guess.

My ring tone is Numa Numa, every time it goes off people end up singing along.

It's the poorly recorded, high pitched dance music crap that I hate
