    hello all, i am looking for a phrase translated into Irish. The phrase is "we are always in the sh*t, it's only the depth that varies". silly i know, but i wanted to use it as a signature on another forum that i'm a member of.
    thanks all in advance.

    Literally bímid i gcónaí sa chac /chacamas, ní athraítear ach an doimhneacht

    More traditionally and equally pessimistic maybe;
    Saol fada, Fulaingt fhada (a long life means long suffering)
