    Festina lente.

The EU deadline of 1-1-2012 is not possible in all countries. The UK cannot speed up its DSO plan by a year - by some months maybe - but not by a year.

The use of channel 61-69 for mobile broadband in the UK will not happen before sometime after 2012.

The digital dividend for mobile broadband will in Ireland be highly dependent upon not using the channels 61-69 for DTT. Most of all on not using the channels 66-69, where the mobile upload channels will be located.

The important point in relation to using the digital dividend will be the planning of changes to the GE06 plan for Ireland and agreeing new DTT channels below channel 61.

    Lars :)
