Hi There,

Can you tell me where I should go to appeal a discion made by Social Welfare in relation to my Husbands job seekers allowance. He is currently only getting 204.30 a week and is not entitled to anything extra for our 2 kids as my wages are over by 0.29cent a week.

Who do I go too to appeal is there a place or contact number?

You can appeal a decision on Social Welfare to the Social Welfare Appeals Office. You have 21 days to appeal following the decision.
