If you brought it back on November 1st they might think you're being a chancer :pac: but I'd say that they'll take it back before Halloween

I bought it in the card gallery on grafton street..

Do they have to change it by law or is it the managements decision??

Just incase they refuse to refund it....

Thats down to why it doesn't fit. If you bought large and its a small, then they have to replace it. Otherwise its down to the management.

THey only have to change it by law if it is not fit for purpose, i.e. broken, ripped, not was it was supposed to be etc.
In this case, it is fit for purpose, its just the wrong size. They can either offer you a larger size or offer you another costume of similar value but they are not obliged to give you your money back. But go in anyway and see what they can do. given its one of their busiest times of the year I'm not sure how much they could do.
