King Of Shaves New Azor Razor

Hey dunno if you peeps saw that new King of Shaves Azor razor that's out (I used their gel before which is good, but they recently launched the razor
onto the market here). Its making me think about switching back from
    cheaper double-edged razors.

The blades are made from endurium and last alot longer (usually I only
get two shaves from a crappy mach 3 because of my rough beard.

I had a shave the other day with them - best shave I ever had! bar none.
Was an absolute joy to use, and especially rewarding when I never gave any money to those charlatans gillette and their overpriced products.

Tesco were doing a deal for 4 razor for 3 or 4 euro. I think normally
its 6 euro for 4 which is still better than mach 3 turbos 14 euro for 4.

£10 sterling for 8 blades, its clear they are trying to undercut Gillette on the market and fair fecks to them for trying to do this.

After using a safety razor I'm not sure if I trust those mutli-blade "systems" anymore as it doesn't seem to be about a sharp blade and proper cutting and for me atleast this cause awful problems with spots etc when compared to my current setup.

Still it seems well priced so good luck to them on the market :)
I may at some stage give it a try

It is nice to see the market being stressed among the various razor vendors, when you visit the local Tesco, prices and offers are very dynamic at the moment, changes from week to week..

I tried one a while ago and thought it was a load of crap, maybe it just takes some getting used to but christ on a bike my face was knackered afterwards. Maybe it's better than Gilette but compared to a decent saftey razor I doubt you're gonna find happiness.

I switched over from a Gillette Fusion - first time I used it I cut myself which I haven't done in years! Not problems since though, you do need to change technique a bit.
I do miss the trimmer on the Fusion mind you but considering the price you can't go wrong.

I need to try this out because I have unbelievable growth, nothing is suppressing it! I normally use the M3 but I might as well use wood.

I used an Azor for a while before I made the recent switch to DE. I found it almost as good as a Fusion, for a lot cheaper. I won't be switching back, though.

yes - a new additional to the unthinking man's arsenal of razors. By 'unthinking' I mean you can be half asleep and shave with a M3/fusion or any of the systems. But the real thinking comes with DE shaving - to maintain proper angle and not apply too much pressure. But oh how more satisfying the process is, similar to driving a stick-shift car versus an automatic you really feel you are driving. But if you venture into the area of DE shaving be forewarned - there is a learning curve and you need to pay attention but it won't seem like work. Give the Mach3s the boot and reclaim a ritual which has became systematised and through marketing we are told if we don't join the army of Machs we are lesser men than Beckham, BOD or the mighty Henri.
Everyone should give DE shaving a go, except those with shaky hands - they should stick with the unskilled and uninteresting methods that the cartridge represents. Everyone else, should give it a whirl.
