Was just reading another thread in AH about romas and it got me thinking. Most nations have their national stereotype, the drunken Irish, the arrogant French and so on. In my humble opinion these stereotypes didn't just spring into being out of the blue, most of them are quite accurate. I know you can't tar every single person of a race or ethnic group with the same brush and there are exceptions to every rule and all the other usual politically correct spewings we hear day in, day out, so my question is - Racial Sterotypes, absolute nonsense or based on fact?
