Oracle - FYI mails - how / where to stop them

    everytime a concurrent process finishes , sucessful or with error, an email is being sent . Can't find what is triggering this . Anybody got any idea ?

    There could be an OS call to mailx or similar in the .sql

    What type of Oracle installation is it? i.e. a database with some kind of front-end, or the likes of Oracle Financials?

    What e-mail address are the mails coming from? (as in, is it an Oracle database account or some other).

    More info needed.
