    Hi All

    Anyone know the best, prob online, place to advertise an office for rent??

    Tallaght area, excess space no longer being used, 2 parking spots - 900-1900 sq ft?

    commercial section on daft.ie and networking, some people might be downsizing from a bigger office and they could be a better target if you get the word out. Down sizers would probably be a safer bet then people starting off a new business. Flexible lease term would also help attract tenents .

    Massive discounts and free rent periods are being offered by landlords,.I'm going to have to have a word with my landlord before the end of the year. Same rent for 3 years, great price when we first moved in, but it's starting to look expensive compared to what's available in the market now. I think it's going to sour our good relationship, as we both agreed it was a great deal when we moved in and he was doing me a favor, but business is business
