    I have an idea for a business and I want to know if it's legal.

    Say I took a selection of branded products, say biscuits for example, repackaged them together under the name ''best biscuits ever!''

    1. Would that be legal?

    And If so;

    2. Could I print the original brand name's on the pack if I didn't use their logo's?

    1. Not without the express consent of the owner of the Trademark/Brand; and
    2. No, that is a tort or legal wrong called 'passing off'.

    Don't do it and this is not legal advice. Get a solicitor if you are even contemplating such an action, as you'll need one to act in your defence.
