    HI;

    I am looking for a good soccer management game for the PS3. Some one said FIFA10 has improved loads, can anyone tell us anything about it?

    Has the management side got better in the game, ie like Championship Manager?

    Thanks

    To be honest, as a manager game i'd have to recommend Football Manager for the PC. i don't think the managing side of any of the football sims is up to anywhere near that level and if you weren't playing the games on them, they'd be quite boring.

    There have been attempts in the past to release manager games on consoles, but any of the ones that i played were of a very poor standard.

    Soccer management games truly are terrible on consoles.

    LMA was a decent attempt a few years ago but it wasn't improved as much as it could have been.

    PC games like Championship Manager and Football Manager are most definitely the best form, the latter being the best

    Thanks a mill just order Football Manager 2010.

    Just a question about FIFA 10.

    If you are managing your team on it, do you play the games also and are the transfers etc realistic now, kinda same setup as Football Manager but you play the games??

    Thanks

    As each game comes along in Fifa 10 you can choose to sim them, which I guess would make it similar to a manager game.

    As for the transfers, I'm not sure as I haven't been able to buy anyone yet...although I've played through one window and was only trying to buy big players. I did try and sign a scouted youth player, but my squad was too big to sign him. Maybe that was a bug, but if not a bit unrealistic for Arsenal!

    Football Manager is more detailed than Fifa10 manager mode. Yes you can play the games if you want. People are complaining that its harder to sign players with smaller teams in manager mode though.I haven't played much manager mode to back up this claim though. Go to the Fifa and Pes forum to get the jist of things regarding fifa.
