I was considering upgrading to Windows 7 on my Eee PC laptop but Im reading mixed things about my spec online as to whether it is suitable. Anyone here got any ideas?

    Spec as follows:
    Eee PC 1000H
    DDR2 Intel Atom
    160gb HDD

    Thanks!

if you have 1GB of RAM it should work OK. But netbooks are slower than bigger laptops / PC's so don't expect the same sort of performance/responsiveness you would get with XP.

WIndows 7 is faster than untweaked Vista but still needs more resources than XP

Yeah sorry meant to add it has 1gb of RAM. Sounds like I should stick with XP.
