    Hi Again

Today I checked a 2001 Honda Stream 2.0 Auto, clean car, low mileage, good options.

The deal is to trade in my 98 honda civic and pay 6000 Euro got the stream. the dealer will give 6 months full warranty on the stream... new NCT

    - Is this a good deal?
    - What do you think about the stream 2.0?

    Thanks

it is in good condition for its age... I am kind of ok with the trade in value of the car as this is the best trade in value I got for it...

Have you tried going privately, considering most 1.4 civics will fetch around 1200-1700, you should be happy, and then I saw a far few Streams well within your budget.

Depends on the condition of the civic and mileage etc..
Saw a Honda Stream on Carzone.ie for €6500, thats a 02 with NCT and 54k on the clock, so yeah maybe better for OP to try and sell civic private and buy stream elsewhere, my 2 cents

yea I saw that car perhaps I will check it again...I think I talked to him before and he did not make a good trade in offer for my civic
the one I saw today come with new NCT means it will be for 2011 and less milage...

So is the stream a good car???

Is considered one of the better driver's MPVs, tho it's not exactly a looker.

There is a more Irish-motortax-friendly 1.7 litre version which is about 150 quid a year cheaper to tax.

2.0 Auto is also gonna be thirsty, parkers says 31 mpg. 1.7 manual should do a bit better... same site says 36 mpg.
