Kokoro Mixed Martial Arts, Dublin, have relocated, upgraded and on Monday 2nd November, our new gym will be ready to help out new arrivals!

    A glimpse of what you can expect at the new gym;

    Sport Specific Training,
    Tried and Tested Training Programmes,
    Huge training environment,
    50m2 world class wrestling surface,
90m2 world class striking and grappling surface,
    35ft padded training wall,
    50ft cage wall,
    Grounded heavy bags,
    Hanging heavy bags,
Focus pads, kick shields, thai pads,
    Fighter strength and conditioning area,
Rehabilitation area (chiropractic and sports physio with in house sports doctor).
Everything that's needed for amateur and professional training is onsite - 24/7.
Kokoro MMA Gym is a Full Time, "No Gimmicks", 100% Functional Facility.

Our doors have been "closed to the public" for the last six months or so and we've been operating an extensive waiting list. The relocation and upgrade seemed like a natural and logical step forward in our evolution.

We're now more than ready to take a good few names off the waiting list!
Tryout the New Gym on Monday, 2nd November at 18:30.
    (18:30 registration, 19:00 training starts)
    Tryouts are free of charge.

The training methods of Kokoro Mixed Martial Arts International are structured, progressive, challenging and rewarding. Training sessions are managed at levels of intensity to suit all fitness levels and take place in a super friendly environment. :D

Thanks to all that have supported us and stood by us over the years. Without such a super solid family of combat sports enthusiasts we would never have made it so far.

    All the best and thanks!
    Shane.

Still a work in progress but after a ton of hardwork (everyone got stuck in!) and a huge opening night on Monday, the new gym is now up and running in Gaelic Street.

    Quick Pics

Cheers to everyone for their support and all the Kokoro members/volunteers that got stuck into making our "Field of Dreams" a reality. :D
