Some sort of feed issue...

    Hey lads,

    Back to the old H-Bar Aug. Its almost working now(I'm a lazy git). When it fires its pretty close to the joule, so I'm happy in that regard, but therein lies the problem, when it fires.

    1st cycle = Dry fire sound
    2nd cycle = Jammed barrel kinda sound
    3rd cycle = same
    4th cycle = fires.

    I thought it was a badly aligned hop unit, but I've got that perfectly in place now. That leaves the air nozzle, but from what I can see its functioning perfectly. What I cant understand is what is causing that jammed noise...


    I'm probably missing something really obvious, hopefully you'll be able to point it out.

    what bb's you using? i had a similar problem using raptor bb's in my guns fitted with mad bull percision barels (6.03mm), maybe try different bb's??

    An assortment actually, stocks are low atm, have to get more.

    That might be it actually, its a Promy 6.03{and 650mm long too, longest they make}.

    Just flooded it with silicone. It works fine now:) Hopefully it stays that way. I'm going to let rip on some rock shandy cans and sight her up:pac:

    Use smaller BB's first, then look at the mag.
