    Neilmed Sinus Rinse this is a product that was lanuched in Ireland over a year ago that is used for sinus and allergies related problems. Its a great product but the price.........

    Its 26 euro here, $13 in USA and 16stg.

    Sent email to neilmed no reply. This is some rip off!!!!

    A mix of salt and water and "snort " it (suck it up with your nose)will do the exact same .Nasonex nasal spray brilliant for sinus problems.(also very expensive here).

    Total differant mix, tried sea salt and water burns the nose off, there is also bread soda in the other one

    If it burns your nose you have put too much salt in the mix.Try a pinch into about 300 mls of boiled water.Allow it to cool and either use an old dropper or try to snort it up.If it needed breadsoda you could add that too-just check the ingredients first.It was a Doctor who told me to do this.

    Aye; you most likely used too much salt. Lower the dosage. Alternatively, I'd imagine you can pick up more generic saline solution for cheaper from somewhere- try asking your chemist.
    Alternatives to the proprietary and expensive (Only in Ireland) Neilmed thing: neti pot, or baby's water bottle (cut the plastic part at the top...).

    if you look on ebay uk you can buy the neilmed stuff fairly cheap on there.
