Which extra heater to apartment?

Hi. I have only electric heaters in my rented flat they are not very good. So thinking about buying extra heater anyone know which one will be better? I thought about De'Longhi 2kw Oil-filled Radiator but im not sure is it good idea. Maybe something else..not expensive and keeps warm for long time. Thanks
