    By all means put him off the road and give him a hefty fine but a 9 month stretch is way out of order. It can be argued that he had the potential to kill but on a bike at that speed he's more likely to end up as a nasty stain on the passenger door of a startled motorist. People deliberately hospitalise other people and get more lenient sentences.

    Doesn't deserve jail time for that. He's a twat for doing it but thats a bit steep. They're just making an example of him
