Anybody know how much it would cost to concrete an area 10x10ft it would not need to be deep its just for a dog pen?

At 4" deep, It would only take 1m3. 70-80 euro per meter is the average price but you might be charged a bit more for delivering a small amount.

its caled a part load charge and some suppliers charge you up to 4m3
