Oulart vs Ballyhale

so its oulart and ballyhale this sunday in wexford park! I was at the wexford county final and was fairly disappointed with the standard of hurling, but saying this i was very underwhelmed by sundays final in nowlan park too... The question is do oulart have any realistic chance of progressing???
