I was charged €7 per foot for the first 200 feet and then €13 for each foot after. Our well was drilled to 350 feet to ensure a good steady supply of water.

Total cost for the well was €3200, pm me if you want details of a good driller. He was very prompt and didn't push for payment when we had so much going on at the start of our build.

you need to ring a local company for exacts,
The quote is usual made up of 3 parts

    1. Price to come out set up
    2. Price per metre drilled non-stone(sand/soil) check doest it inc. piping
    3. Price per metre of stone drilling

the price per metre drilled of non-stone i higher as they need to put in a pipe to prevent the well from closing up again.

then ask a local who has done it previously how far they drilled
