Strange wireless problem, appreciate some help

    I have a desktop and two laptops running wirelessly in my home. As of yesterday one of the laptops is acting weird. It says it's connected (NTL, being my isp) but when I click on internet explorer it says cannot display page. The internet is definitely on in the background as it's displaying the weather temp which it doesn't do if I'm disconnected. The other pc's are fine. I can't figure this out so, help please!

    have you tried refreshing the page ? sometimes browser cache settings could do this. Try another browser [firefox,opera,chrome].
    Post results of
    ipconfig /all
    and
    ping www.rte.ie
    [rte just cos its short to type]
