Just picking the bones out of a rough DCM.i need to get straight back on the horse and was hoping to run a 10 miler/half marathon fairly soon.Any suggestions.Dispite my 3.30 it was a great day and a credit to the organisers and all the peoplr along the way.

Waterford Half 12th December. Still a little way off though and the day before the Euro Cross. However I'm looking forward to doing this for the first time - start and finish on the track at the RSC and a very reasonable €20 entry fee
