    hello all

I need some advice on a business venture im currently involved in with a business partner.
We started a web design and print business a few years back. We built up a steady flow of customers with many many repeat clients. Within the biz, there was always the 2 of us full time and sub-contracted/part-time workers as needed. We spent alot of time and hard work on building a brand, multiple websites, sourcing the best priced products & suppliers, and last year opened an office in a busy spot of town.
Now, due to personal reasons between us, we can no longer carry on working together within the business. We have explored the avenue of voluntary liquidation as this is the easiest way to get shot of all.
There are also no financial issues whatsoever within, with all accounts audited and up to date - in other words, whoever would take over would have a 0 euro bank balance and 0 debts (exception of rent)

What i need is advice on is where i could turn to maybe offering this business for sale as a going concern to people wanting a turn key solution for a business? Also, to maybe speak with someone to see if i have something that might even be worth selling.

To be honest, we want to do this quickly and without hassle and the price we shift it on for is not our main concern. We put alot of work into securing the best priced suppliers out there and offer some of the best prices and deals in the trade. It would just be an utter waste to see all this thrown away!

    Any suggestions welcome.

Best chance is to sell it to one of your subcontractors. They will be in the best position to deal with it because they know you and some of their customers. Don't be surprised if they only want the goodwill and not the actual limited company though. You will probably still need to have it liquidated.

If you want to sell the business, the only think people will be interested in is the profit they can make out of it. They won't care about all your hard work etc. ,just what's in it for them.

Why can't one of you take over the business and the other leaves, sound a bit fishy if both want to leave a good business.

    Try sunbelt business brokers.
