    I have one i got in a 2 euro shop last year..its luminous too..you can get them alrite.

    The Ice Dome in Dundalk has a pro shop - they might sell them there.

    They'll normally have them in any halloween display, try a fancy dress shop or even just a supermarket's seasonal aisle
