There were pictures and stories in lots of the papers about the English couple that got engaged at the end of the Dublin marathon on Monday but nothing about a couple I saw at the start in the blue pen. If you are the guy-Bib number 9799 and would like a picture of the moment, my OH took a lovely one if you want me to send…
