Recommend a company to create Drupal Templates

We're looking for a good company to create some Drupal templates for us. We were thinking of maybe doing it though one of the developer contracting sites on the web. There isn't big money in the jobs so cost is most definitely a factor. So if you have any recommendations they would be appreciated.
