Using an old wintv usb tv tuner is it possible to get this working in media centre in vista or windows 7?

I can get channels ok if I use the bundled app but media center says I have no tv card installed

    Probably not supported

I remember reading that 7 supports cheaper cards in media centre much better than vista. I don't know if this is one that it supports though. I hope it is as I wouldn't mind getting a cheapish tuner working in media centre.

i'd recommend going to hauppage.co.uk website going to the support putting in device you have and downloading the cd they have for that device ,installing drivers ,then wintv program reboot after you do that
