how come Cork gets a big white carpet, yet no rain?

    Like it never rained today yet. Sometimes you wouldn't see the sky for ages yet there would be hardly any rain.

    I would prefer a blue sky with some rain now and then, even if the rain was heavy.

    Nothing can be done. Other then spiking the clouds or something with dry ice at a cost of 5 or 6 million a year.:rolleyes:

    No rain yesterday? Are you joking? I nearly drowned running from North Main Street to the North Distillery at 2pm, and it had been chucking it down for at least an hour then.
