o2 speeds down to 2g in Cork today

Both my iPhone, and o2 dongle are down to 2g today in Cork, in my home in Blackrock, and in the city. Anyone know whats wrong?

Wouldn't Call Cork Midland tbh, However my Iphone 3g is working fine all over cork from Morning all Day...
